Fibre Storage

The organic fibre which has undergone separation in the Air Classifier is conveyed to an area set aside within the main confines of the building. It will not be stored within a bunker or on the floor.

To enable the facility to be kept clean and free from dust to the betterment of the staff and visitors alike the fibre is to be loaded directly into closed containers for shipment to final processing for reuse.

The containment system for the fibre may either be into compaction containers, covered ejection trailers, tippers or baled and wrapped for loading onto flatbed trailers.

The decision on which system is to be used will primarily depend on the market that has been sourced for the reuse of the fibre.
