Totally convinced that this process was the answer to the UK's landfill, incineration and recycling issues John and Jonathan Allen set about further developing the process, the Company and its marketing activities.

By the end of 2002 it had become clear that several companies all developing and marketing the same process was leading to duplication of work and to some confusion in the market. Experts in the fields of engineering, marketing and finance were employed at Director level and by March 2003 a new Company was formed combining personnel from the 2 original UK licence holders. The new Company called Estech Europe Limited, reflected the name of the American licence holder's US trading company in relation to this technology - Estech LLC. Estech Europe now holds the licence for the UK and the whole of Europe. The Company is owned by the Allen family and members of the management team and former shareholders from TASS Environmental Technology Limited.
