Plant Components:

Estech's 5,000 tpa Mobile Fibrecycle™ Plant (MFP) and as the name suggests it is extremely mobile. Constructed on three trailers for ultimate mobility this 5,000 tonnes per annum mobile plant offers a multitude of uses to clients nationwide.

MFP 1: The MSW Fibrecycle Process.

Containing the heart of the process this unit houses:

	Autoclave - 1:20 throughput (based on a typical 100,000 tpa plant)
	Accumulator - Steam storage vessel
	Condenser - Converts steam into water for reuse

MFP 2: Materials Recovery.

Up to 80% of the MSW is recovered for recycling via this unit containing:

	Debris Roll Screen / Air Classifier - Separates the fibre from the sanitised waste
	Overband Magnet - Sorts ferrous metal
	Eddy Current Separator- Sorts non ferrous metals from the remaining waste
	Recovery Facilities - Residue and plastics

MFP 3: Power Plant.

The unit that powers the process contains:

	50kVA Diesel Generator - Providing electricity for the process
	1,000kg/hr Packaged Boiler - Produces steam for the process
	Storage Tanks - Water and fuel
